Growing up as a military kid, I was raised on discipline, adaptability, and a strong work ethic. Football was my passion, but after an injury changed my path, I chose not to follow in my family’s military footsteps. Instead, I took a journey that exposed me to various industries and life experiences that have shaped the way I lead and operate my business today.

I started my career in fast food, which taught me the value of hard work and customer service. I then became a preschool teacher, where I developed patience, empathy, and an understanding of how small actions can have a big impact. This experience led me to social work, where I worked with children and families, advocating for those in need and strengthening my problem-solving and relationship-building skills.

Seeking new challenges, I transitioned to management with a nationwide moving company. Here, I gained firsthand experience in logistics, operations, and leadership on a larger scale, solidifying my passion for running a business and serving people at a higher level.

Today, as a business owner, I draw on all these experiences. My leadership style is rooted in resilience, adaptability, and a people-first mindset. From my fast-food days, I understand the value of hard work; from teaching and social work, I appreciate the importance of patience and care; and from corporate management, I recognize the power of strategic thinking. Most importantly, I believe that success isn't just about numbers – It's about people, relationships, and the positive impact we make on others.
